Town Shores of Gulfport is a 55+ award-winning (2015 Best Community Association of the Year) complex comprised of eighteen independent Building Associations, one Master Association, and 1,328 condominiums, with one-, two- or three-bedroom floor plans.  Our on-site Property Manager and maintenance staff ensure our common areas are meticulously maintained, our Management Office employees (M-F) are available to help residents with everything from reserving a clubhouse venue to notarizing, copying, and faxing documents.  We have a courtesy guard on duty at night and on weekends/holidays who patrols all of Town Shores.

Our two-story clubhouse has an arts and crafts room, poker room, billiards room, puzzle room, library, conference room, an exercise room, his and her saunas, an auditorium/ballroom with a huge kitchen, and a large lounge with a catering kitchen. There is also a beautiful lanai overlooking the clubhouse swimming pool and the gorgeous views of Boca Ciega Bay.

Our beautifully landscaped grounds include patio and grilling areas, tennis, pickleball, bocce, and shuffleboard courts, as well as four heated swimming pools. Our marina provides anchor for 40 boats, along with a kayak launch and storage area near the clubhouse.
