A Note on Rentals and Sales at Town Shores

Town Shores does not have an on-site real estate office.

All units are sold/rented by individual owners or their real estate agents. Town Shores management does not keep track of units for sale or rent.

If you are interested in buying or renting a unit, please consult a real estate agent or real estate listing sites online (such as HotPads, Trulia, Zillow). Also, check the local newspaper, The Gabber.

 

Please note that most buildings have at least a 6-month minimum rental period. Short-term "vacation" rentals are not allowed.

This assures the Town Shores community maintains its feeling of "home".
